How i can use ply:isSuperAdmin()? I have ulx, when i put that line, it says nill value, i think it is in the command that it doesnt interact with ulx to know i am superadmin. So i need to know another lua command, to check by ulx group name.

Try this: ply:IsUserGroup("GroupName")
It's IsSuperAdmin; also, post the function you're using it in.
There is also a function to make it refer to a specific ULX group.

PlyIsUsergroup("RANK") there is other ways too.
