Does someone of you know how to increase the proplimit, vehicle limits etc for a donator rank from ULX? Thanks!

I use it, it works *sometimes*(like 30-40% of the time) for prop limits, but I have 6-8 servers running with it and some of them work and some don't even though they all have the same settings.

I kinda have to be SURE it won't fail cause my server is getting very popular
