Lua Coding - Inserting Images into HUD

Hi, I was just wondering how I go about inserting an Image with position variables into the HUD for Garry's Mod :/ I have both a link and file.png

I've been looking around and all of the suggested thing I do, return with Lua errors resulting in my HUD vanishing D:
