DarkRP NPC Shop and Pocket

I need help on two things. I've tried following the wiki but it doesn't seem to work for me.

[B]1. NPC Shop[/B]

Things i need:

[I]When you press E on it there is a menu and you click on the car you want[/I]
[I]If you already own the car it says (owned) and you can just spawn it[/I]

I already know how to get the position for it but i'm not sure how it works do i have to round it?

[B]Pocket[/B]

Things i need:

[I]Whenever you put something in your pocket it saves via Steam ID[/I]
[I]When you press ALT+K a menu pops up with what's inside[/I]

Sorry for the list. But i've googled and googled and i guess this is my last resort. I've followed many tutorials on the NPC shop. But i'm not sure how it works, why i have to put certain things in certain files? If anybody would rather add my on skype or steam and help it would be appreciated, thanks.
