Hello, I am part of a community and I am server developer, but I really don't know what causes this :

The models and weapons load fine, but there is just an error in their body (every job).
Try changing the player model and see if it still persists because from what I see you're using a custom player model so you might as well try.
Plus what addons does your server have?

Only some jobs are custom.

That doesn't mistake the fact that every one of his JOBS could have a custom player model
