I'm probably already in the wrong section and going to get banned for it but it's worth the risk, I've tried looking for a while now.
So basically, I'm trying to find a 'Flood Mod' that is working, I know there is one out there but I can't seem to find it or get my hands on it. I was hoping that someone out there has it and is willing to share it if they do have the correct permissions.
The one I'm looking for is the one that has a layout looking like:

(That one I found has some horrible colours for their HUD, though)
As I said, I've been looking for a while for this and can't seem to find it. I've seen it on many servers also.
