On our server we have encountered a strange glitch where any normal player is able to no-collide another players prop simply by putting their phys-gun on it. ULX is installed on the server, and it sometimes goes away. I have included a video.
Any help or leads on why this is happening would be awesome.

Tried figuring this out all morning and still having issues solving it.
