Get this sometimes, yet my hosts website is up.
Could this be them attacking my domain?
Generally that means you're either being attacked, or your host is telling you it's up whereas it's not, I would confirm that it's up, there are different websites out there you can find if you take a look that will tell you if the website is actually up, but it's likely not if it's giving you that screen.

So is it my host or domain?
I would assume it's your host, as the domain wouldn't really "go down", give your host + domain a try, see if your host is the problem, the one thing about cloudflare, is it doesn't pinpoint the problem for you it just gives you the error, so I can't really tell you where to look.. try your host though.
