How do i stop props from glitching out, or stop it from rebooting

It is TTT, so that is why i am confused, i dont spawn it nor create it, I don't even know what prop this is!

It has been happening when a player dies, so i am sure it isnt an addon, as an addon can't effect a dead players body, can it?

It also tends to happen most on ttt_67thway
Addons can affect stuff just as well as gamemodes can. Try disable all your addons and come back if it still persists.
