Need Help to make VIP Job F4Menu + Putting Jobs into it

I need help I want to create a VIP Job Tab on my F4 Menu and it is really complicated to edit and for me it is near impossible + how do you put VIP Jobs into that section. I am using Garry's Mod 14, ULX & ULIB, DarkRP Modification addon to make all Jobs and TheLastPenguin's F4 Menu. Please help me I cannot find any help or tutorials!

There's no such thing as Garry's Mod 14. Are you using a pirated copy?

Anyway, what kind of help do you need? This is not a "make me" forum.
