No, it's "the simply known error 2016", some addon you are using is poorly coded and tries to enable lag compensation while it is already enabled.

I don't know, any addon you have installed can do this, but I'd start with the GUN ones.
Also you could just search the function itself in all files and that will give you an answer.

you can use notepad++'s "find in files" feature to search for that function above in the addons folder
