Hello guys! i have a big problem on my server !
I can't use voice chat ! :(
and when i check console i found this:
Unable to load voice codec 'voice_speex'. Voice disabled.
I have this in server.cfg
sv_voicecodec vaudio_speex
sv_voiceenable 1
sv_alltalk 1
And still can't talk in microphone ! it's like it's desactivated ! :(
Help me please :(
I didn't even know you could load custom voice codecs into GMod. Maybe you should just use the default one.
Try sv_use_steam_voice 1?
You cannot change voice codec, if that's what you are trying to do.
That convar is even removed in all source/goldsource games in one of latest updates.
Make sure vaudio_speex.dll exists on your server in the first bin folder.

vaudio_speex IS the default one. He just shouldn't put any of those commands into server.cfg I guess.
I'm using linux, so i need the: vaudio_speex.so
can you give it to me? because i can't find it anywhere!

Just reinstall/verify the server.
that's what i did!
the server don't have the vaudio_speex.so on the first bin folder!!
and i can't find it :( please bro if you have it can you share? :(
