I'm looking for someone who will want to start a garrysmod server with me preferably darkrp as i personally like to play that. I have all the financial sorted (server,website payments etc) just need someone with a lot of experience with both communities and building server. I could build a server myself but do not have the time.

If you do use DarkRP, then just use +gamemode darkrp in the launch options; but without something original it may not do too well.

this. this can actually not be stressed enough. run it by yourself for a few weeks and see how you go. garrysmod servers are generally pretty low maintenance. even something as broken as darkrp will function for a while without the need of maintenance (unless there are garrysmod/server updates).

Maybe you should make a "New and worthwhile gamemodes to host" thread and post link to it on such threads? Could be worthwhile.
Maybe someone should headbutt Garry and his terrible server browser.
I'm debating as it stands releasing one gamemode I've had just sitting in my folders, but I want to polish it up before I even plan on doing that. I'm nervous as all out on the feedback so I want to make it as perfect as possible.
Nook every thing you make is great, except when im in your dev server and you break everything.
It's just so much fun to push the boundaries on my code though!

No more squeakers adding me on skype please saying that you've ran several servers... Need someone with ACTUAL community running skills who is very active.

So, you are basically expecting to find a person who will build pretty much everything and only get 50% for it? If they are so skilled, they could just pay for the host themselves, and build the community.
This is not how world works. To create a community, you'll need to put in a lot of work, simply dropping money on the ground and hoping a tree will grow from it is simply stupid.

If you want someone doing it for free Your gonna get squeakers and You would be suprised at how good some of them are. I would do it but now since I seen your a Dick I think I will devote 100% of my time to my own server.
