Go to [URL="http://coderhire.com/home"]CoderHire [/URL]for that stuff. However you could very easily do this yourself by overriding your panels [URL="http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/PANEL/Paint"]paint function[/URL] and then using [URL="http://flatuicolors.com/"] FlatUI Colors [/URL]to pick colors.

I honestly don't understand how that works though and how to implement it. I'm very very novice with this stuff.
Well imo the best way to learn this stuff is to keep trying. Try something, if it errors, debug it. If you don't know how google it. The wiki is your best friend.
