gmad and gmpublish have long been missing on OS X and Linux.

Because the binaries are missing from GMod. If you have them then you haven't cleaned out your GMod since around Summer 2013 (sometime around the SteamPipe update) when they disappeared.

Thanks so much :). I do not know how to use it though. Is it the same as the windows version but the directory style like mac?
