It has been years since HLSW was popular with just about every server owner. i remember when the project died and the creators of the program vanished not releasing the source.
I did not fix it i am only sharing it with you guys. Someone else fixed it and released it.
For those of you who dont know what HLSW is
HLSW is a RCON tool to access almost any source game's console without having to log into your game panel or VPS/dedicated (For quick checkins)

Ya, it uses the hl2 since it uses it.
