Missing Vgui file

So i tried to add some textures, and for some reason it would not work. If i use another texture, it works
The toolicon vmt.
colmat_mod_toolicons.vtf is the file for the image.

It also has the original images that i compiled the vtf's and such.
I did add them with resource add. They are in a gamemode folder. Under materials.

Ingame on the menu it shows as [url]http://i.imgur.com/SILmrjp.jpg[/url]
While the screen is blank and throwing missing vgui texture error in console..
