Custom NPC without taking up a player slot?

I want to make a bot/NPC with my customisations to spawbn at a certain location in the map. It doesnt really do anything as I want it to serve as a press E and show menu sort of a thing.

Whats the best way of doing this without taking up a player slot? I know this isnt the way it works, just making sure.

Make a SNPC, NPC or a NextBot, they don't take any player slots.
