I am wanting to create my own gamemode based on another one, from another game. I have just started lua and was looking for someone to participate in this project. I am looking for someone to help me develop the gamemode, not make it for me.

Imagine the gamemode as 'robber and gendarme' if that's what it is called in English. Compared to other gamemodes like DarkRP I want to make it easier for server staff to administrate. So instead of adding a lot of rules, make the script handle all these cases.

Some programming experience with imperative (and object-oriented programming) is preferred.

To make it short: the gamemode might be similiar to darkrp but will not necessarily focus on jobs, especially those
done by other players :p - Every server owner decides on the rules, but I do not want the mod to include many rules
such as FDA, RDA, RDM, ...
Oh and one thing, I want most rules to be checked from the script themself.. Perhaps stupid example from DarkRP:
only allow arresting when a player is wanted

Could you elaborate?

But in the end I thought about having citizens getting constant payments, increasing with the
playtime or perhaps "jobs" in another sense. They could also commit crimes which cops could
arrest them for.
I also do not want to leave a lot of space of missunderstanding:
Mugging a player will not be possible (unless a script), as you cannot check it later if it was legit..

Those are dumb rules made by server owners, not the gamemode itself or Falco.
Can't you just make your own DarkRP server without those shitty rules?
