How to make player to be able to take damage when it's spectating a prop (ragdoll e.g.)

And what? I do apply damage to player when somebody hits a ragdoll, but it doesn't actually decrease health when player is spectator

I found a workaround for it in DarkRP rep:

So seems like there's only way to give a damage to "asleep" player is imitation.
