SENT Animations not Playing on a Dedicated Server

Alright, so I'm working on a gamemode in which you get to play a bear as one of the classes. The model I had was lacking the proper animations, so I coded up a little puppet SENT.

I did the first stages of testing on a listen server with a friend, and apparently the animations that were playing on his side were laggier than those on my side. Hmm, ok. So I booted up a dedicated server with the same code, and it only seems to play the first frame of the animation. Wat?
