On my jailbreak server i run the map jb_new_summer_v2 and while prisoners are in the cells they can walk through beds and in the outside they can walk through the cars. If you have had this problem and/or know how to fix it please tell me how below.
That link doesn't help at all and all of the you tube videos i watched have a server file directory unlike any thing that anyone else has anyone else want to help and give instructions how to mount it.
what two things should i put into the mount.cfg

Do NOT do that. Putting cstrike in the GMod directory causes mounting issues. Put it somewhere else.

Read the wiki page. It tells you exactly what to put.
So this is the what i should make my mount.cfg folder look like
"cstrike" "C:\steamcmd\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Source Dedicated Server\cstrike"
"tf" "C:\mytf2server\tf"
Remove the "tf" line.
This made a bunch of black and pink squares appear and made two of my guns invisible.
Can you post what the whole file looks like in [code] tags?

Does the cstrike folder actually exist there?
No i put it directly in my steamCMD
Then put the correct path instead of that.
So would i do

Or just

Cstrike is the file name in the gmod dedicated server
It would be C:\steamcmd\cstrike. Also, make sure all folder names are lowercase.

It depends on your OS.
This worked for fixing the props issue but now i have a giant error sign, my guns are invisible, and i have black and pink squares in the toilets and walls and the sky is messed up.
