What is the addon to show [admin] or [user] in their name?

I'm looking for an addon i've seen on many servers. It has a tag in their name showing their leadership status on the server; such as [user], [vip], and [admin].

IIRC ULX has this function. Anything else is probably custom coded.

Or you could just code your own.
