What I want to do is have all my ulx groups/bans syncing across my 3 servers, all on the same box. Is this possible whatsoever?
Yes it is you would use something called MySQL but I have been too lazy to mess with this myself :p. This is what I think you are looking for:

You could also try a [URL="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbolic_link"]symlink[/URL]; although i was too lazy to ever try it myself.
