My question is what happens if the client is to upload a large net message, that is larger than the clients upload rate?

So if theres 2 messages, one after the other, which are the same size, it would do the first one slowly, then the next one slowly?
What do you do when a speed limit sign appears on the road? You drive slower. You still get to your destination but later. In this case, it takes longer to finish.
