If you didn't use the MySQL server version, you're going to need to copy over your sv.db in the garrysmod/ directory of your server

Everything is backed up, but only in your sv.db file, which is SQLite, so a local SQL server. If you ever want to put all the data of that into an SQL server you can always use an SQLite converter, which is pretty easy to find. So yes, things are backed up, but no, not outside of your server
EDIT: Or if you meant that you didn't manually back anything up, it doesn't matter, the sv.db automatically saves the info
