Errors when i join my server,Fixed by reinstalling?

Here is my console when i join the server,I get kicked for to many lua errors.

I tried the con_filter_enable command and it did nothing

Its not the server,It must be a engine error, if someone knows how to fix it please reply!

EDIT: People are in the server now 10/32 so its just me
