so.. I want to change some things with the crowbar model but I cannot find the file with the actual model can someone tell me where the file is or a place I can download it from?

There is no c model for default HL2 weapons that I could find.

There's a c_ model for each hl2 weapon, they are shipped with GMod, not HL2.
You will have to check the gmod vpk, also
