Well basically I'm looking to hire a coder to make a auto donation system (web based).
(SORRY IF THIS IS THE WRONG SECTION, didn't know where to post this. Didn't want to post to coder hire, because i dont want to under budget the post, then people say they wont do it for 20 when here we can reply and i can go up in budget)
Ok, so i currently have around $20 (can go up more) to spend on a coder who can do the following.
I need a web based donation system, via paypal, that will grant users who donate's ranks automaticlly with no effort on the staff side. (Has to be comptible with ulx, TTT, and DarkRP)
(My vision of the donation page)
On the main donation page, this is what im kinda looking for (little 2 min sketch)

I am heavily experienced with HTML / CSS so maybe i can do that styling myself. But the core .php scripts that make this happen with the Paypal IPNs, i have no idea how to code.
Like i said, i can go about 20 dollars paypal, but maybe can go up a bit more.
ALSO, if you have pre made ones, I MIGHT be willing to accept that.

FYI PHP is essentially html only with some automation behind it. Just skip past the php parts for your hidden gems of html

Yeah i know that much :P Like i said, i can easily complete the HTML / CSS portion. Just the php script i need done.
