How to use the ulx allowuser command?

Basically, I want to give one of my operators the ability to:

Ragdoll
Unragdoll
Ignite
Unignite

How do I use the command?

ulx groupallow "USERGROUPNAME" "ulx ragdoll"
etc

[Shinycow]

I believe the usage is something like this:

ulx allowuser <name> kick !kick
