Player Rank based on time played? *can pay if needed*

I need, a timer added to a rank system that for lets say 12 hours played in total you earn rank "new" and after 36 hours you earn rank "Regular" and after 72 hours your earn the rank "daily"

Could someone code this for me?? Or if there is already a code out there.. could someone help me? thanks.
