CoD / L4D2 Models into Gmod

Right, so I wanted to make some L4D2 weapon models into TTT SWEPs. I know this is possible, but how is it done?

I'm not to sure about Call of Duty, but the Left4Dead models already exist online for download. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can see if you can find somebody to 'hex' the models for you.
