Best way to implement a hotkey for an animation in DRP?

Hey!
I want to make a script that makes a player sit when he presses a hotkey on the keyboard. I know how to code that but im wondering where I would best put the code?
Would I put it the form of an addon or... Im a little new to Gmod programming so if anyone could help out that would be awesome. Thanks!
