I create a HTML vgui and I opened a URL with it but the problem is that the combobox when is clicked it won't open do you have any suggestions ?
I can type the steamid or click the button but the combobox it's not opening.

My suggestion would be to open it in [URL="http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/gui/OpenURL"]gui.OpenURL[/URL] instead because it's much easier to look at and doesn't get in the way of everything in the game.
In my experience a lot of people won't do money transfers through garry's mod due to security and such. You can use gui.OpenURL or make it copy the link to their clipboard.
Also please change the font
