I've recently been wanting to put music on my loading screen. I've read a good bit of post, but I'm not fully grasping the concept.
Could someone please help me on this. Maybe explain it in a more simpler way.

upload a .mp3 into the loadscreen and make it autoplay. Google how to do it.
How would you upload an mp3 into a png?
Loadings pages are html/php, etc... just link sv_loadingurl to a website; you can put whatever you want on it.
MP3 doesn't work with GMod loading screens as far as I'm aware. I know OGG and WAV do.
Throw this in your HTML.

What website would you recommend to use this with?
You can upload the website you make with the included code to any web host.

You may need to check out [URL="http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Loading_URL"]this.[/URL] In order to make a loading screen you have to essentially make a website which requires HTML etc to do it.
