TTT Traitor weapon problems

Okay so i have a few problems with some of the T weapons in my server, first of all the Frag Grenade, Whenever you buy a frag to throw when you throw it, it dissapears in your hand before you even throw it. next. The newton launcher, it doesn't launch anybody. i use TCA to add and edit my server i can not seem to find these files could anybody direct me to where the frag grenade and newton launcher files are so i can see what is wron/change the script
