Addons that depend on Console commands do not work.

Ok, so I got Resource.addworkshop to work perfectly, but as before even when I was extracting them, workshop addons such as: [URL="http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=139673044"]Player Movement Modification[/URL] and [URL="http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=154549550"]Hazardousness[/URL] Do not work. I am downloading them, and they are registered to the server, but the commands do not work. Any ideas?
