Addons of Workshop are not loaded again if they remove from downloads/ server/<id>.gma

This happens on all servers and on my and my competitors, I go to the server content sways and all models are displayed .. and if you delete and re-login, they do not swing ..

And more .. I have 3 add-on, I removed the 2, 1 left
2 do not downloading, and one redownloading every time, even though he already has

You lost me in that second paragraph. Anyways, I can't replicate this. I download a .gma from a server, delete it, join again and it downloads just fine. Are you the one hosting the server?

I paid the server and exactly the same local (for testing), I deleted the client gma and more it is not downloaded

And i can't download this through Workshop in gm menu... downloading stuck at 20 %
