So I got hacked a lil and he put in some script it looks like that after a few minutes it kicks everyone by crashing the server in a way. in the console it says: Steam auth ticket has been canceled 'steamname' then when you try to rejoin it gets stuck on: retrieving server info... if someones a good 'ol coder I can pay em like 15 to just make sure everything is back to working order.

Save your money, just open a ticket to your host and request that they completly re-image your server. Then re-install everything and try to learn your lesson. Change your ftp/rcon pass to something with a number, upper and lower char, and a symbol. Also don't save your rcon password in server.cfg use +rcon_password on the command line.
yep your host should take care of everything and to even make your server more secure you could remove your rcon password.

That's what happens when either the server loses it's internet connection, or it can't connect to Steam. I can say this from experience of glitchy internet.
I get this:
CClientSteamContext OnSteamServersDisconnected logged on = 0
CClientSteamContext OnSteamServersConnected logged on = 1
right when it begins to lag after being fine, this only happens on my own servers now after playing for about 10 mins happens to every player. Really could use some help
if its hosted by a web host ask your host, they should be able to fix it.

Read it. The error message I was referring to was both the auth ticket, and the other thing that you said in the quote. It's an internet problem, you are (probably) not being hacked.
