Ulx- how do i restrict ban so people can only ban others for 60 minutes max?

ik about the access tags but how would i restrict it to a certain time ex: [lua]ulx groupallow "superadmin" "48h"[/lua]

ALSO: how do i set 2 access tags? would i separate it by a space like this?
[lua]ulx groupallow "superadmin" "48h !%owner"[/lua]
