So my question today was I have the server watch dog for my server but it doesn't really help that much the only time my server crashes is if SRCDS.exe stops working and when that happens it doesnt restart because a dialog appears on the VPS and asks to close the program Is there a way to make it just restart?

Same problem here.
SeDirector is a useful program if you can run it on your host; the free version lets you set up 5 servers.
It restarts servers that crash, and if the crash happens on startup twice or so, it'll run the update utility you select for that particular server.
For the "Update" feature to work, simply link SteamCMD / HLDSUpdateTool option to the BAT file under tools > options F8 > HLDSUpdateTool location -- mine is Z:\dedicated_servers\steamcmd\update_everything.bat to avoid needing the pro version..

Similar issue happened with me "srcds.exe has stopped working balblball"
What I done was went into the solution Crash Reporter settings and disabled this so it doesn't appear again.
Now it's all working fine :)
This may be relevant, you may need to change registry to disable the crash dialogs (you don't need them on a server)
