That's strange? Why is Garry's Mod trying to load Chrome Extensions?
After some digging, chrome-extension://boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkmllpafd/ seem to be [URL="https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast/boadgeojelhgndaghljhdicfkmllpafd?hl=en"]Google Chromecast[/URL] and all the other extensions seem to not exist at all.. Though through the information I've gathered, they may also be simply parts of Google Chromecast.
Strangely enough, I didn't install that extension on my Chrome browser.
Though why would I want to "broadcast" GMOD gameplay to my TV screen when I can just simply plug my PC into it?.. Plus isn't Chromecast SPECIFICALLY only for browsing the web (as in Chrome browser)?

It's probably because Garry's Mod uses Awesomeonium, which is based off the Chromium platform. Not sure how extensions are mounted onto the platform, but that's probably why.
