Darkrp problems: /drop not working and all guns that are only shipments are free in the shop

/drop is not working at all. There are no conflicting addons or anything, it just isn't working. There is no error either. Also for the weapons. I tried to make them shipment only but they are free when u buy them in singles. I set the pricesep to nil so i dont know. Any help? I blame the russia. It's funny how this guy wants us to help him out without giving any info other than "it's not working" and "I set pricesep to nil"
