DarkRP server a few issues

When will I stop changing gamemodes? Never. :D
jk, this is the last time.

I am having a few problems with my server,
1. Money is displayed on hud as "$" with no value.
2. I have a 3D Car Dealer system set up, but I am un-sure as to how to make him spawn in and stay there.
3. How would I make ULX values for props and no god mode etc. stay even after restart?
