Need to remove hooks for clean memory which will not using again? Initialize e.g.
Not really.
Let's say you add a PlayerSpawn hook, and you want this function to do what it does, there is no reason to remove the hook. You add the hook once. Let's say I made a HUD, and I want to remove the HUD, this is where I would use hook.Remove.
