Where do you get your icons at?

As a general question, where do some of you guys come up with your icons for HUDs/Menus/Other VGUIs? I'm aware of silkicons but I'm not sure if people create them themselves or a list of premade icons such as silkicons but in 24x24/36x36/etc sizes. I'm in need of some for a jukebox I'm creating and wasn't sure what some of you guys used. :p

Quick question: Used a 24x24 icon, which looks perfectly fine, but when I display it in gmod, it looks like butthole.

Yes the box is 24x24.

EDIT: Using 256x256 icon seems to make the image much better even though it scales down.

Icomoon is my favourite, since you can also make a font from the icons you selected, gives you perfect scaling and everything.
