My question is: How could I make a webpage in html to have the name of the map and avatar in the
Downloading phase when joining the server? Or isn't that supposed to be coded in html?

Haven't see one of these in a while. [URL="http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Loading_URL"]http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Loading_URL[/URL]. You can use php with steam api to get there avatar just please don't show the user there steamID on the loading screen it doesn't look cool.
