VCMod Error and cant edit car.

When i m trying to change hotkeys for vcmod having errors and not allowing to change...

Main error :

And i have one more problem...
As admin i can change cars bodygroup and skin but others cant ... i have enabled it at settings but still can't edit...
and is there possible to add it to Job only ?

Fixed VCMod .. it glitched because of QuackAntiCHeat
