LUA : Help me to create the /ano for gmod

Hello everybody, for my DarkRP 1950's server, I would like to create a channel, just as the OOC ( that everybody can see ) but which doesn't display the name of the person, for him to be totally anonymous, using the /ano command, it would be an additional channel.

What do you guys think about that ?
Do you think it's possible ?
