UGENT! Server Problems (No inventory Pickup, Can't spawn in weapons)

Sooooo for some reason, on my server none of the superadmins can spawn in weapons, neither can I. And My inventory system are gone. I have an active playerbase of 30 people per day and I can't loose that by having this on my tail. So please I need all the help I can get.

Now I found out everything isn't working, I tried to handcuff someone and nothing!
